Yes he is a little out of tune, but a good tutorial anyway. An extra tip for beginners is to get a liquid callus builder like Rock-Tips. It really helps when you're dealing with sore fingertips.

@jeffrickygods No you don't need to have long fingers. I play guitar and I have very short fingers. You just need to get a guitar with a skinnier neck if you have small hands/short fingers... |
